Things you will want to do before coming to see us!

1. FILE YOUR CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY(very important)

2. Bring us any paperwork the insurance gave you along with a check they gave you, if you have it. If not, we can get it issued again or initially.

3. Have your claim number ready to give to us

4. Call us and schedule to drop your vehicle off.

5. If you have rental coverage, make sure to get your reservation number and check with your rental car company to make sure there is availability(Its best to call a rental company in Temple near our shop)

6. Drop your vehicle off with us, then pick it back up repaired!
